These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Incident Clips. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else.
Customer Content
You retain all rights to the video footage and other content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver Customer Content as needed to operate the service.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Service Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that causes harm to us or to other users.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
